Job summary

State Farm is seeking a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist to manage accident and weather-related homeowner, commercial, and large-loss claims. You will be the first point of contact, explain coverage, estimate damages, and guide insureds through the claims process with remarkable service.

Role requires performing on-site inspections, coordinating with policyholders and agents, and gathering evidence to support claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; insurance or risk management preferred.
• Experience handling residential and commercial property claims.
• Ability to work remotely, from a mobile office, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages.
• Gather information from policyholders and agents to resolve claims.
• Explain coverage and guide customers through the claims process.
