You will investigate, estimate damages, and settle property and inland marine claims typically valued between $25,000 and $100,000 within established authority. You will handle coverage determinations, negotiate settlements, and assist CMS teams.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; 5+ years claims experience.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial and personal lines coverages.
• Proficient in claim-specific software and estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle property/inland marine claims for the Arizona region.
• Evaluate and settle damages typically between $25,000 and $100,000.
• Occasionally handle losses over $100,000.
• Join LLU as part of catastrophe team and respond to catastrophe events.
• Make coverage determinations, reservations, and settlements within authority.
• Provide coverage and estimating assistance to CMS as requested.
• Travel by car; approx 75% of time.
