This remote-field role covers Lake Havasu/Kingman, AZ, serving a defined zip code area. Travel within the territory and occasional cross-territory support may be required.

Qualifications

• Investigate problems, evaluate information, and make well-supported decisions.
• Interpret policies and apply guidelines to real-world claims.
• Learn unfamiliar concepts quickly and apply that knowledge in practice.
• Proficient with mobile/desktop tools to document and support claims.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.
• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and others to gather information and resolve claims.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Gather evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports to support claims handling.
• Investigate and adjust personal and commercial property claims with exposures up to $500,000.
