Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 5 years of claims experience.
• Proficiency with standard claims software.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Handle property/inland marine claims for assigned region.
• Evaluate and settle property-related damages between $25,000 and $100,000.
• Handle Business Income losses.
• Join LLU as part of the corporate catastrophe team.
• Provide coverage determinations, negotiations, reserving and settlement within authority.
• Assist CMS regional teams with coverage/estimates as needed.
• Respond to legal, regulatory, or appeals situations.
• Travel by car within territory; approx. 75% travel time.
