Responsibilities

• Handle property/inland marine claims within assigned region, with travel as needed (approximately 75%).
• Evaluate and settle damages typically between $25,000 and $100,000; may handle higher losses.
• Investigate, estimate damages, arrange experts, obtain documentation, and settle within authority.
• Provide coverage determinations, negotiations, reserving, and proper settlement; support CMS regions as required.
• Respond to legal, regulatory, or appeals situations as needed.
