Qualifications

• Investigates and confirms facts of loss for complex homeowners' claims.
• Assesses coverage and damages and negotiates within authority.
• Mentors peers and may guide junior staff in processes and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage moderate to complex residential property claims, including farm and ranch claims.
• Create comprehensive estimates of damages for complex first-party homeowners losses.
• Negotiate settlements and document all activities in the file.
