Qualifications

• Three or more years of direct property adjusting experience.
• Property estimating experience, including estimate writing.
• Experience using estimating tools such as Xactimate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource to management with complex coverage issues and high-severity claims.
• Authorize damage estimates and claim payments for moderately complex losses.
• Provide vendor oversight and staff oversight – CAT and regular business.
• Review statistical and performance reports to assess claim outcomes and communicate findings.
