Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Centralized Processes Oversight Technical Reviewer to guide complex property claims remotely. You will oversee audits, authorize moderate-loss payments, and coordinate with field teams and vendors.

The role supports CAT and non-cat operations with travel of 10–25% annually. Applicants should have 3+ years in property adjusting, strong estimating experience (Xactimate), and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of direct property adjusting experience.
• Property estimating experience, including estimate writing.
• Experience using estimating tools (e.g., Xactimate).
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide claims guidance, quality assurance, and oversight through audits and analysis.
• Authorise damage estimates and claim payments for moderately complex losses.
• Support investigations, triage, subrogation, and vendor oversight.
• Review performance reports and conduct quality and audit reviews.
• Document files with clear notes and decision rationale.
• Enter summarized information into claim system notes.
