Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of property claims experience, strong communication skills, and a construction background. The role involves field inspections, travel, CAT readiness, and a focus on excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property claims handling or adjusting experience.
• Solid experience with Xactimate and building estimates.
• Construction background in Residential, Roofing, Remodeling or similar.

Responsibilities

• Handles assigned claims promptly with little to no direction.
• Determines coverages and applies claims practices per policy.
• Opens/closes reserves and manages conferencing notifications.
• Performs rooftop inspections and field assessments as needed.
• Delivers outstanding customer service to Nationwide customers.
