Nationwide is seeking a Field Claims Specialist II, Property, to investigate and resolve moderate to severe property damage claims by phone and face-to-face, often traveling to claim sites. The role requires 3-5 years in field/property claims, strong Xactimate skills, and excellent customer service and communication.

Overnight travel and CAT readiness may be needed. Candidates should have a solid construction background and be able to inspect rooftops and assess repair costs.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of insurance field/property claims handling
• Proficiency with Xactimate
• Experience writing estimates and managing claims end-to-end
• Construction background in residential, roofing, remodeling, water mitigation
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Handles all assigned claims promptly and with minimal direction
• Determines policy coverages and applies claims practices per guidelines
• Opens/closes/adjusts reserves per procedures
• Maintains knowledge of insurance guidelines and industry pricing
• Delivers outstanding customer service to Nationwide customers
