Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims with limited supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party vendors.
• Assess coverage and establish scope of damages for estimates.
• Provide timely, professional communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Negotiate with contractors and insureds' representatives as guided.
• Maintain accurate claim activity records in systems.
• Adapt to new technology and AI tools while maintaining productivity.
• Acquire required insurance license(s) within three months of starting.
• Inspect dwellings/structures; perform inspections including roofs and confined spaces.
• Travel as needed to support customers across multiple locations.
