You will work from home with a mobile office, travel within a defined territory, and collaborate with agents and customers to assess damages and negotiate settlements. A strong background in property claims and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of property insurance policies, coverage and claim handling practices.
• Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in your territory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to assess damages, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.
• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and others to gather information and resolve claims.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
• Gather evidence, document findings, and prepare reports to support claims handling.
• Investigate and adjust property claims up to $500,000 exposure.
