Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Property Claims.
• Strong background in Homeowners Property claims.
• Experience leading remote or dispersed teams.
• Expertise in coverage investigations and claim resolution.
• Experience with wind, hail, water, roof, and total loss claims.
• Advanced Xactimate estimating experience.
• Understanding of claim processes and authority levels.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage competing priorities.
• Proven success developing adjusters through coaching.
• Experience in high-volume property claim environments.
• Familiarity with Georgia markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a remote team of approximately 5 property claims adjusters.
• Provide technical guidance on homeowners property claims, including complex losses.
• Support investigations, coverage analysis, authority decisions, and resolution strategies.
• Partner with leadership to ensure consistency in processes and guidelines.
• Monitor performance, workload, customer experience, and quality outcomes.
• Coach through escalated claims and coverage concerns with internal partners.
• Drive continuous improvement via training and talent development.
• Foster a collaborative remote team culture with accountability.
