Responsibilities

• Investigate complex claims involving fire, water, catastrophe, and dwelling losses.
• Evaluate dwelling, unscheduled personal property, and theft claims.
• Verify coverage, determine liability, and assess damages.
• Develop detailed damage estimates using Xactimate (Level 2 cert required).
• Negotiate settlements in line with company practices.
• Collaborate with vendors/contractors and SIU when needed.
