Qualifications

• 2+ years of property claims experience required.

• Maintain required state adjuster licenses.
• Ability to handle fire, theft, and catastrophe-related claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex claims involving fire, water, catastrophe, and dwelling losses.
• Evaluate claims for dwelling, unscheduled property, and theft.
• Verify coverage, determine liability, and assess damages.
• Develop detailed damage estimates using Xactimate.
• Negotiate settlements and manage relationships with vendors and attorneys.
• Identify subrogation and salvage opportunities.
• Mentor teammates and collaborate with internal teams.
