Qualifications

• 5–7 years of dwelling estimating experience.
• Homeowner property losses of $50,000 or greater experience.
• Strong knowledge of homeowner policy interpretation and coverage analysis.
• Xactimate proficiency; Level 3 certification encouraged.
• State adjuster licenses required.
• Experience with litigation management and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage and investigate large loss and high-exposure homeowner claims, including litigation files.
• Verify coverage, interpret policy language, and determine liability and damages.
• Evaluate facts and estimates to move claims toward timely resolution.
• Coordinate with insureds, attorneys, and vendors for damages and settlements.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Assist catastrophe events and mentor other claims professionals.
