Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience with seven years of claim experience, including three years handling complex files.
• Experience in catastrophe adjusting.
• Knowledge of current claims laws, civil and tort law as related to property insurance.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate property, habitability, and environmental claims.
• Handle complex claims with attention to deadlines and documentation.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work while traveling as needed.
• Maintain a valid California driver license and operate a vehicle.
