Qualifications

• Experience in catastrophe adjusting is required or preferred.
• Strong negotiation and written/oral communication of complex legal concepts is essential.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate property, habitability, and environmental claims.
• Perform site inspections of roofs, basements, and attics as needed.
• Maintain a valid California Driver License and operate a vehicle.
