Qualifications

• Experience handling 1st and 3rd party, multi-line claims across territories.
• Strong knowledge of casualty policies and endorsements.
• Familiarity with the full claims process from intake to settlement.

Responsibilities

• Investigates origin and cause of claims by contacting insureds, claimants, attorneys, contractors and others.
• Evaluates damages, negotiates settlements, and closes files.
• Interprets policies and endorsements and applies coverage decisions.
• Responds to inquiries and provides timely status updates to all parties.
• May conduct on-site inspections and support required investigations.
