Job summary

Urban Insight, a Los Angeles-based digital agency, seeks a Digital Project Coordinator to own management of Support clients, coordinate with developers, and drive service desk excellence. You’ll balance QA, ticketing, and client communication across web projects, with a path to Senior PM roles over time.

The role supports remote work across the United States, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and process improvement, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of project management or project coordination experience in a digital agency.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize support requests.
• Proficiency with Drupal and/or WordPress and related configurations.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to produce concise, clear memos and ticket requirements.
• Active use of AI tools to improve project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous remote work experience.
• Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum/Kanban practices.

Responsibilities

• Service Desk & Support Delivery: coordinate and manage work for Support clients and the Service Desk.
• Client Relationship Management: act as a dependable client contact and report progress.
• Project Management & Execution Support: assist with tickets, QA, and content entry.
• Process & Delivery Excellence: manage schedules, budgets, and ticket scopes.
• Tool & AI Exploration: learn internal PM tools and AI enhancements.
