Restaurant Supply, LLC is seeking a Buyer to support our Deal Desk from a remote location in the United States. You will work with manufacturers and representatives to secure project pricing and credits for active opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years buying or purchasing experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple pricing requests with timely follow-through. This role offers a flexible schedule and a competitive bonus structure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of buying or purchasing experience in a hardware or equipment distributor.
• Experience negotiating manufacturer discounts and credits for projects.
• Proven ability to secure pricing beyond standard dealer offers.
• Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment categories and manufacturers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with manufacturers and reps.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and related purchasing tools.

Responsibilities

• Review opportunities with Deal Desk to identify pricing support.
• Gather specs, quantities, timelines for complete pricing requests.
• Contact manufacturers to negotiate discounts and credits for projects.
• Complete required registrations and credit requests within deadlines.
• Escalate complex negotiations to Deal Desk Manager as needed.
• Maintain manufacturer relationships with accurate information and follow-through.
• Track open requests and ensure quotes meet deadlines.
• Document pricing, credits, and approvals for quotes and orders.
