LMI is seeking a Project Operations Specialist to join our USPS team and help coordinate cross-functional communications, gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and drive agile project delivery remotely in the United States.

You will develop business needs statements, support IT collaboration, and craft visualizations and reports to inform decisions. A strong blend of analytics, communication, and program management is required to succeed in this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with 8–10 years in technical project management, scheduling, or related consulting practices.
• Experience on large, complex projects in a consultancy or gov/defense context preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with executives, clients, and teams both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support the USPS Manager of Product Prep and Payment with schedule creation and stakeholder management.
• Assist in development, review, and prioritization of Business Needs Statements (BNS) for IT features.
• Liaise between Product Prep and Payment teams and IT for timely communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate business-to-customer communications, including industry outreach and updates.
• Create visualizations and presentations to convey insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Compile data into concise reporting materials to aid decision-making for relevant projects.
• Apply Agile practices to manage requirements with business and IT stakeholders.
• Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvements and automation.

Job Summary

Supporting the USPS Manager of Product Prep and Payment, the full-time Project Operations Specialist will oversee cross-functional communications, manage stakeholder engagement, and deliver strategic operational solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage schedule creation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management for Product Prep and Payment projects
• Facilitate communication between Product Prep and Payment teams and IT, ensuring timely resolution of action items
• Develop visualizations and reports to communicate insights and support decision-making for project initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience in technical project management, business process improvement, or related fields
• Consultancy experience with large, complex projects
• Advanced skills in Microsoft products, including Power Apps and Power BI
• Ability to thrive in autonomous and collaborative virtual environments
• Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance as a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
