Job summary

LMI is seeking a Workload Allocation Coordinator to support USPS PAS contact center operations in a remote-capable role. You will help balance workload, forecast demand, monitor metrics, and provide decision-support reporting across PAS sites.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in operations or workload management, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to collaborate with leadership and center managers. U.S. citizenship is required, with remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, workforce coordination, business analysis, or workload management.
• Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data to support decisions.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, plus SharePoint and MS Teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication with leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with USPS programs or federal contact center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and improve workload allocation and tracking for PAS contact centers.
• Support workload forecasting, real-time allocation, and balancing across centers.
• Monitor workload volumes, queue activity, staffing utilization and related metrics.
• Develop reports, dashboards, summaries to expose workload performance.
• Analyze workload data and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with PAS leadership, center managers, and leads to equitable workload distribution.
• Track issues and follow-up actions to support continuous improvement.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track actions for workload coordination.
• Maintain workload documentation and reporting records in an organized way.
• Perform quality checks on workload data, reports, and artifacts for accuracy.
