Base pay range
$40.00/hr - $46.00/hr

*Experience in ISP/Telecomm industry (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile)
*3-5 years of project management experience, focusing on Process and SOP improvements
Must Haves:
- - 4+ years in a Project Manager role, focused on Process and SOP improvements
- Proven experience in project management, operational and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Background in operational-focused organizations or business units
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead operational and process improvement initiatives across teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and process maps
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on best practices and continuous improvement
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders
- Standardize operational actions and manage high-volume workflows
- Develop and implement SOPs for consistency and efficiency
- Support operations teams, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Address operational aspects like facilities, OSP, build-outs, and huts
