REMOTE Project Operations Manager (ISP/Telecomm)

Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $46.00/hr

*FULLY REMOTE AND LONG TERM CONTRACT

*Industry: Operations

*Experience in ISP/Telecomm industry (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile)

*3-5 years of project management experience, focusing on Process and SOP improvements

Must Haves:
  • - 4+ years in a Project Manager role, focused on Process and SOP improvements
  • Proven experience in project management, operational and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in operational-focused organizations or business units
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Lead operational and process improvement initiatives across teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes aligned with organizational goals
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and process maps
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on best practices and continuous improvement
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders
  • Standardize operational actions and manage high-volume workflows
  • Develop and implement SOPs for consistency and efficiency
  • Support operations teams, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Address operational aspects like facilities, OSP, build-outs, and huts
