Animal Outpatient Specialty Network is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead Vetspire migrations and drive technology initiatives across our nationwide veterinary network. You will develop plans, map data, coordinate data migration, and partner with practice leaders to align workflows with AOSN standards.

The role involves remote work with up to 25% travel and hands-on support through go-live and training materials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience with software implementations or migrations.
• Hands-on Vetspire or similar veterinary/healthcare PM experience.
• Strong understanding of workflows in multi-site environments.
• Experience using PM tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vetspire migrations from planning to go-live and post-launch support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and launch-readiness plans.
• Coordinate data mapping and migration of legacy data into Vetspire.
• Collaborate with practice leaders and support teams to align workflows with standards.
• Provide pre-launch testing, audits, and remote or on-site go-live support.
