The PMO context emphasizes governance, risk management, and timely delivery, with collaboration across business, technology, operations, and vendors to ensure scope, schedule, and outcomes are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, healthcare administration, operations, project management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience leading projects, initiatives, or complex cross-functional work.
• 1 - 3 years experience in a project manager role and/or in a project leadership role

Responsabilités

• Lead complex initiatives from definition through transition by creating delivery clarity, coordinating cross-functional execution, maintaining reliable evidence, and enabling timely sponsor decisions.
• The Project Manager is accountable for the disciplined planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex initiatives.
• Establish and maintain the integrated project plan, facilitate governance forums, manage risks, issues, decisions, and changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across business, technology, operations, clinical, regulatory, finance, data, vendors, and other partners.
• Maintain delivery momentum by resolving routine barriers, escalating constraints, and ensuring milestones meet acceptance criteria.
