Qualifications

• Minimum: 1-3 years experience in a project manager role or project leadership role.
• Preferred: 5+ years leading projects or complex cross-functional work.
• Experience coordinating delivery across business and technical teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, changes, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives from definition through transition with delivery clarity.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution, governance, and sponsor decisions.
• Maintain an integrated project plan, track risks and dependencies, and escalate issues early.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria before milestones.
• Manage RAID, dependencies, and decision logs to inform decisions and actions.
• Coordinate implementation, stabilization, and transition to operations.
