Job summary

Vector Security is seeking a Project Manager in Gainesville, VA or Remote US/USA. You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure on-time delivery of services including fire, CCTV, and access control systems.

The role requires the ability to manage budgets, navigate contractor negotiations, and align data with project management tools. Experience in fast-paced environments and independent problem solving are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years industry experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of reading blueprints.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet timelines.
• Manage budget and change orders as needed.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and monitor progress.
• Escalate and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Ensure systems are installed and meet local requirements.
