Job summary

VectorUSA in Torrance, CA seeks an experienced Physical Security Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects that integrate physical security with enterprise networks. You will manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications across vendors and engineers to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and compliance.

The role requires PMP certification and experience with Axis/Avigilon/Verkada/Brivo/Identiv products, as well as a strong grasp of IP-based security systems and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PM experience in physical security, low-voltage, or integrated systems environments.
• Proven track record managing deployments involving video surveillance, access control, and VMS platforms.
• Experience with Axis, Avigilon, Brivo, Verkada, Hanwha Vision, Identiv products.
• Strong understanding of IP-based security systems, network infrastructure dependencies, and cloud-managed security platforms.
• Experience in multi-site or enterprise-level security deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple physical security projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Oversee on-premise and cloud-based security deployments (surveillance, access control, VMS).
• Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Conduct site surveys, security assessments, and prepare proposals, SOWs, and designs.
• Oversee installation teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
