Job summary

VectorUSA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead physical infrastructure and technology projects, including structured cabling, fiber optics, data centers, and IP surveillance deployments. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining client relations.

The role emphasizes safety, project controls, and financial performance, with opportunities for mentorship and process improvement within the PMO.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible Project Management experience in technology infrastructure.
• Experience leading complex physical layer infrastructure including cabling, fiber, and data center projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risk, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong client-facing skills with executive-level relationship management.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Oversee large, complex infrastructure projects and integrated technology deployments.
• Develop schedules, WBS, and baseline plans using Microsoft Project.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasts, and change management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers and drive PMO improvements.
