Job summary

dormakaba is seeking a remote Project Manager in Louisville, KY to support our Airport Division & Secured Entry Division. You will manage all aspects of new installations and site modernization from initiation to completion, coordinating with customers, Sales, Field Service, and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 3+ years PM experience (or 2+ with a bachelor’s), strong CRM and project tools knowledge, and up to 30% travel in the US/Canada.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of project management experience, or 2+ years with a bachelor's degree.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% annually in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity with vendors, subcontractors, staff, and stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth transition from Sales to Project Fulfillment with clear scope and documentation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources, milestones, and budgets.
• Meet project financial objectives by budgeting, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements ensuring qualifications, licensing, insurance, safety, and quality standards.
