dormakaba is seeking a Product Manager to lead the complete product portfolio remotely. The role drives strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle from development through deployment and end-of-life while ensuring security and DCSA compliance.

You will supervise two direct reports and collaborate across engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and finance. Qualified candidates have extensive product management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel 25-50% for customer and market work;

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Proven experience managing full product lifecycle from development through support.
• Ability to travel 25-50% for customers and market research.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Lead and coordinate with engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams.
• Maintain training plans, security protocols, clearance management, and DCSA compliance.
• Lead and manage 2 direct reports in technical support and RMA operations.
