• Strong knowledge of construction processes and jobsite activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with vendors, staff, and stakeholders.
• Transition projects from Sales to Project Fulfillment with clear scope and docs.
• Develop project plans with timelines, resources, milestones, and schedules.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, variances, and corrective actions.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements ensuring qualifications, licensing, insurance, safety, and quality.
