Job summary

dormakaba is seeking a remote Project Manager to support our Airport Division & Secured Entry Division (ESC). You will manage all aspects of new installation and site modernization projects from initiation through completion, coordinating with customers, Sales, Field Service, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with contract budgets and dormakaba standards.

This role requires up to 30% travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of project management experience, or 2+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of construction processes and jobsite activities.
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools.
• Valid driver’s license and passport for travel within the US/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity with vendors, subcontractors, staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth transition from Sales to Project Fulfillment with clear communication.
• Develop project plans with timelines, staffing, funding, milestones, and schedules.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and variances; take corrective actions as needed.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance with licenses, insurance, and safety standards.
