Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager - Scheduler for the Strategic Enterprise Solutions (SES) Team, primarily remote in the United States. You will manage schedules for large, multi-site, multi-region projects and ensure alignment with client needs and operational goals.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, update schedules, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement while growing with a forward-thinking team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project scheduling experience
• PMI certification (PMI/PMBOK) preferred
• Experience with scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel)
• Ability to present to high-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of projects with tight and shifting timelines
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with milestones
• Communicate with executives and stakeholders via updates and meetings
• Maintain and update project tracking tools with accurate data
• Escalate risks or issues promptly to mitigate impacts
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather inputs
