Job summary

Consertus is seeking an experienced Scheduler for an onsite project in Nashville, TN. You will develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6, coordinating with stakeholders to define phasing and baselines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field is required.
• Certifications such as PSP or PMI-SP are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of scheduling/project controls experience in large-scale construction.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Schedule Analyzer Pro or Acumen.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduling and controls tasks on large multi-package construction projects.
• Conduct critical path analysis and prepare variance reports.
• Load costs and resources and develop cash flow reports.
• Identify trends, risks, and project changes.
• Review baselines, progress updates, and time impact submittals from contractors.
• Prepare schedule reports for management.

About this Role

Consertus is looking for an experienced Scheduler for an onsite project in Nashville, TN. As part of a project controls team, you’ll develop and maintain project, program and construction schedules in Primavera P6. Coordinate with Stakeholders to develop project phasing, update project and program schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduling and/or other controls functions on management of large and multipackage construction projects
• Perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports
• Perform cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports
• Identify project changes, trends, and risks
• Review and analyze contractors’ baseline, progress update and time impact analysis submittals
• Prepare schedule reports for management

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or other relevant fields is required
• Industry certifications (e.g. PSP, PMI-SP) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling/project controls in fields such as transportation, aviation, or vertical construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Schedule Analyzer Pro, or Acumen
