Job summary

Array, a remote-first fintech growth platform, is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our expanding team in the United States. You will work cross-functionally across revenue operations, reporting to the PMO manager, and drive initiatives that accelerate sales and client outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, identify roadblocks, and create precise documentation while leveraging AI tools, SQL, and Excel to monitor progress and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience in or strong familiarity with SaaS startup environments.
• Experience supporting revenue teams (sales, client success, or partnerships).
• Strong communication and organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow processes with minimal supervision.
• Interest in understanding Array's business and B2B2C SaaS products.
• Proficiency with AI tools, SQL, and Excel for reporting and data analysis.

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our growing organization. This position is based in the United States and can work cross-functionally on projects across all teams, with a likely focus on revenue operations for enterprise sales teams. You are forward-thinking and create efficiencies while pushing through roadblocks. This role reports to the PMO manager.

You Will:

• Work closely with senior leadership and high performing revenue driven teams.
• Take initiative and not wait for work to be assigned and contextualized.
• Collaborate across departments to accomplish projects, processes and high priority tasks.
• Proactively identify needs of project deliverables from launch through close.
• Identify appropriate stakeholders on new projects and work with third-party vendors, managing tracking of progress.
• Monitor the progress of projects and adapt to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support several levels of stakeholders including the CEO, other C-level executives, and project leads on ad hoc requests.
• Create detailed technical documentation of errors, issues, and resolutions.
• Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it's your default, not an afterthought.

You Have:

• Experience in or strong familiarity with SaaS companies and startup environments, with the ability to operate at startup speed.
• Experience supporting revenue teams (sales, client success, or partnerships) preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, including attention to detail and managing up and across the organization in order to execute projects.
• Ability to work independently and follow processes with minimal supervision.
• Willing and excited to learn about new parts of the business.
• Interest in understanding our business and array of B2B2C SaaS products.
• Proficiency in understanding and creating reports and manipulating data with AI tools, SQL and Excel.
• A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.

Pay transparency:

$90,000 + for base salary, depending on experience. Full time employee compensation includes an Incentive Stock Option (ISO) grant, subject to Board approval.

Onboarding at Array is active, not passive: new hires spend their first two weeks building fluency in our products, customers, and value proposition, and are expected to pass scored assessments before beginning role-specific work.
