Array is a financial innovation platform and remote-first company. As Senior Product Manager you will partner with leadership to shape product strategy, focusing on front-end optimization and conversion. You will collaborate with engineers and operators to deliver products our clients love.

During a 3–6 month evaluation, you’ll tackle complex tasks with AI and data analysis, prioritize bugs, and map a roadmap that balances business and user goals while driving growth and retention.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technically focused product management.
• Strong technical background in CS or software engineering.
• Experience writing SQL and synthesizing data independently.
• Experience owning consumer-facing apps with front-end optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize front-end experience to boost conversions.
• Improve onboarding and application flows for best user experience.
• Analyze feedback and data to improve product performance.
• Collaborate with Product and engineering on roadmap and goals.
• Develop initiatives to grow acquisition and retention.
• Lead B2B2C product journey optimizations.
• Prioritize bugs with product and engineering.
• Use AI tools to think, build, and ship faster.
