SPS Commerce is seeking a Project Manager for its Implementation team to lead Supply Chain Solutions implementations worldwide. The role emphasizes managing scope, milestones, and communications with clients and internal teams from sales close through handoff to support.

The position requires German and English fluency, ERP experience, and a track record of delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote role based in Germany with regional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a client facing role.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities in a demanding environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong problem solving & analytic ability.
• Quality-focused; detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations for SPS Commerce Clients using best practice project management methodologies.
• Define project scope, objectives, business outcomes and milestones.
• Interact with clients and internal teams to ensure delivery from close of sale to handoff.
• Create and maintain project work schedules and translate requests into deliverables.
• Monitor timelines and quality; manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers to broker information.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of processes.
