You will manage a broad workload, perform in-depth analysis, and apply strategic goals to projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of client-facing experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project tasks from close of sale through handoff to customer support.
• Create and maintain project schedules; translate requirements into deliverables.
• Demonstrate proficiency in service delivery while handling multiple projects.
• Monitor workflow to meet timelines and quality expectations.
• Act as information broker; direct communication between team and customers.
• Prioritize needs and manage resources effectively.
• Advocate for change/improvement and communicate compelling needs.
