Job summary

At Swyfft, we’re seeking a strategic, tech-minded Project Manager to lead planning and execution of key initiatives across the company. You’ll coordinate across systems, vendors, and teams, prioritizing workflows and capturing requirements in clear documentation.

This remote US-based role requires 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional projects in insurance or related industries, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale project implementations.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of different systems and how they integrate.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project planning, execution and implementation for cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with internal and external teams to communicate operational and technical requirements.
• Provide ongoing proactive communication, documentation, and follow-up to stakeholders.
• Lead meetings and standups to ensure milestones are met.
• Plan and manage project resource allocation across departments.
• Document workflows and processes for end-user training.
