Job summary

BGBx is seeking a Project Manager to lead medium-sized projects from inception to execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality. You will work with account and functional leads to meet performance targets and foster a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities include planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and effective client and internal communications. A strong emphasis on accuracy, adaptability, and process improvement is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical advertising or medical communications.
• Expertise in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Demonstrates the ability to onboard and train others at the Associate level.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects from inception to execution with cross‑functional alignment.
• Create and manage program-level workplans and staff plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks; maintain quality control and SOPs.
