Job summary

CRB is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead consulting, design or construction management on large, complex projects in our life sciences and food sectors.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams including subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple scopes.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive collaboration and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of seven years of project management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead large teams including subcontractors.
• Experience as a Project Manager on complex projects.
• Understanding of core engineering disciplines and design/construction delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct the consulting, design or construction management services for assigned project(s) with greater scope and teams.
• Maintain client relationships and seek future work opportunities.
