Job summary

Paydex Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives within our Operations & Execution team. This remote role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.

You will lead project scoping, timelines, and vendor coordination; use tools like Asana, Trello, and Microsoft Project; and apply Agile or Waterfall methods to drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Proven PM experience in tech/operations environments.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing remote/virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and operational execution.
