Job summary

Paydex Technologies is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to oversee remote planning, execution, and delivery within the Operations & Execution team. You will drive projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and communicating with stakeholders in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. A strong PM background and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in technology or operations.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and PM tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project).
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of projects aligned with client needs and company goals.
• Define scope, objectives, and timelines with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for flawless delivery.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and manage risks with contingency plans.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Utilize PM tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and outcomes.
