Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support the expansion of its enterprise Next Best Action (NBA) decisioning capability.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, technology teams, and business stakeholders to maintain delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and implementation progress. This role coordinates activities across teams, maintains project plans, supports launch readiness, and ensures alignment with planned objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Experience managing projects with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Experience coordinating activities across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, or other delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans supporting NBA expansion initiatives.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and launch dates across NBA workstreams.
• Coordinate project activities across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, and business teams.
• Maintain visibility into implementation progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Consolidate delivery information into a cohesive view of overall project health and readiness.
• Identify and track cross-team dependencies and communicate impacts to schedules.
• Escalate risks, issues, and unresolved dependencies to Product Managers or leadership.
