equivant, a software provider for the justice community, has opened a remote Project Manager role. Join a team of experienced agile project managers, and help our company provide software solutions for the U.S. court system.

The Project Manager will work with multiple equivant teams to manage and deliver customer’s projects. Project Managers work with our customers’ leadership, accounting, and operational teams to transition their organization to new levels of efficiency and functionality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/CS/MIS or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing fixed price and time and materials software implementation projects.
• Advanced understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and coordinate across US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple software implementation projects across the US.
• Lead full lifecycle project management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate with customers' leadership, accounting, and operations to achieve project goals.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and changes; manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare status reports and communications for stakeholders; drive project closeouts and lessons learned.
