Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in a project manager role.
• Preferred 5+ years of progressively responsible experience leading projects.
• Experience developing and maintaining project charters, integrated plans, schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives from definition through transition with delivery clarity and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage the integrated plan, governance forums, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and changes.
• Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operations, clinical, regulatory, finance, data, and vendors.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria before milestones.
• Oversee planning, execution, and closure activities with effective stakeholder engagement.
