Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to support industrial construction projects across the Central region, focusing on safety, scope, budget, and schedule. The role involves visiting client sites in the Northern US and Canada and requires up to 40% travel with the option to work remotely.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of PM experience in real estate/industrial construction, with MEP/HVAC exposure and strong safety credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience; 5 years preferred in project management for real estate industrial construction.
• Experience with industrial real estate projects including MEP and HVAC with strong safety programs preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of project and program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multi-asset facility projects.
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and safety compliance.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, cost, and estimates for industrial projects.
• Support construction and renovation projects and ensure staff understand safety requirements.
• Prepare client reports, KPI data, and participate in program improvements.
• Develop scope of work, cost estimates, work plans, and risk identifications.
• Identify resources and conduct RFQs, bid analyses, and client recommendations.
• Communicate updates through meetings and written reports/meeting minutes.
