Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the Gulf Coast region seeks an experienced Project Manager to support industrial construction teams. You will focus on safety, scope, budget and schedule while visiting client sites within driving distance of Midland, TX.

Lead design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality across multi-asset facilities, including HVAC, roofing and roadwork, with a strong emphasis on cost control and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or five years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience but 5 years is preferred in a project management role for real estate industrial construction projects.
• Experience with industrial real estate projects including MEP, and HVAC with strong safety programs preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage third party design efforts.
• Oversee multiple project sites with resource planning to deliver all projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Lead project and program management for multi-asset facility projects.
• Oversee HVAC asset assessments, roofings and roadway work on industrial sites.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, cost and estimates.
• Support construction and renovation projects with safety compliance.
• Support regional project reports and KPI monitoring; mentor juniors.
• Build relationships with clients to ensure delivery and drive improvements.
• Read, understand and apply standards to documents such as contracts and charters.
• Prepare scope of work, resource needs, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk.
• Identify delivery resources via RFIs/RFPs; conduct bid analysis; recommend resources.
• Implement communication plan for meetings and minutes.
